Thank you from Myanmar to Italy

Last month, we shared the letters of support written by Italian students from the Assumption School in Cumo for the people of Myanmar. Students from Euphrasie Private Middle School in Pyay, Myanmar were very touched by the letters and decided to write thank you letters to their newfound friends in Italy.

Hello! This is a thank you letter from us.

I am very happy to receive a message from Italy. I hope everyone is having a great day! As I mentioned that this is a thank-you letter, thank you so much for understanding us! Here is a picture that I made, (actually a thank-you gift)! Hope you like it! Also, I hope everyone in Italy is safe.

I wanted to come to Italy since I learned about Italy in my text-book. I heard that Italy has the most famous Pizza, Pizza Margherita (I don’t know if it’s true or not). And I’ve heard about food festivals! Chocolate festival is my favorite! I also learned that Italy has the coolest architecture, famous historic cities and famous museums! I am sure that is the best reason to visit Italy. I would love to learn Italian.  I am sure that it will be a good language to learn!

Thank you for your kindness. I like the Italian team in this Euros. The more games they have, the better the team work. I pray that the Italian team can win the Euro Cup. I’m also a biker. I want to visit around Italy with bike like following photo. I hope you all are well.

Dear friends,

I received your letters. And thanks a lot for your support. We are sharing your letters to other students too. So they are happy for your support but I’m sad for some students because some students are absconding with their family and some students died at civil war. People are very sad their lost family, friends and teachers but they cannot stop their expectation. And so I did. We always fight for our expectation. Democracy is our expectation. I hope, one day our dreams will come true. And your letters give me strength for our expectation. So thank you for your letters. And I also wish all the very best for your studies.

Hello friends, hope all are fine!! We received your message and art works, it means a lot to us. We can’t thank you enough, we’ll never forget about your kindness. It’s too special for us, we feel that you all love us and care about us. It is really heart-touching. You made our day bright. Thank you for your motivational words and quotes. We realized that there are many good people who stand from our side, also thanks for praying Myanmar. So sorry to hear that the bad Covid 19 situation in Italy. I hope it’ll be okay soon. I feel really heartbroken to having to tell you this, our country situation is still bad, soldiers are still shooting outside, Covid reappears and many many unpleasant things . We’re facing the struggles and sad things now, however we all know that everything will end soon. There’s raining in these days in Myanmar, i heard that there’s snowing in Italy. Also we’re happy to learn some special italian words. Thanks and keep supporting to us. Love you all.
