Is the President of the Loyola School of Theology at the Ateneo de Manila University and Associate Professor of Canon Law. He also teaches at San Carlos Graduate School of Theology, the theological center of the Archdiocese of Manila.

He currently serves in the following ecclesiastical tribunals: as Judge in the Diocese of Novaliches, Quezon City, as Defender of the Bond and Judge in the Diocese of Paranaque, and as Advocate and/or Promoter of Justice at the National Tribunal of Appeals of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines.

His areas of interest include Catechesis and Religious Education, especially the history of catechetical legislation in the Church.
