Has extensive experience as an administrator. She is currently the President and General Manager of Holiday Tours and Travel Philippines, Inc (HT&T), and Country Representative of Qantas Airways and Jetstar. Her current board memberships include the Australia New Zealand Chamber of Commerce, Mirador Jesuit Villa Retreat House, Inc, Sacred Springs: Dialogue Institute of Spirituality & Sustainability, San Jose Seminary, Loyola School of Theology, Viagem, Inc., Kota Beach Inc., and HT&T Travel Philippines, Inc.

Ms Hubahib has a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management. Since 2015, she has been taking courses in Spirituality at the Loyola School of Theology, Ateneo de Manila University.
